We are sure you will be pleased with the quality, craftsmanship and style of our furniture.
We carefully inspect every Karmatika product before it leaves our workshop/distribution center.
Please keep in mind that as reclaimed materials they have natural imperfections and other design features that make
each piece one of a kind.
In the event that damage occurs during shipping or in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact
our Customer Service Team so that we may process a product exchange.
If you decide to return the product for any reason other than shipping damage or manufacturing defect, or choose not
to exchange, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, the initial shipping charge as well as ensuring proper
packaging back to our shop.
Once the product have been received back into our warehouse it will be inspected to determine the cause of the
defect and we'll proceed with the appropriate exchange, credit or refund.
